MGMT - Electrical Feel
MGMT (formerly known as The Management) is an American musical group based in Brooklyn, New York consisting of Ben Goldwasser and Andrew VanWyngarden. Originally with New York-based Cantora Records, they signed on with Columbia Records/Red Ink/Sony in 2006. On October 5, 2007, Spin.com named MGMT "Artist of the Day". The debut album, titled Running Back to You, is being produced by Brown Bannister, who has won multiple Grammy and Dove Awards for his work with artists such as Amy Grant, Third Day and The Afters. "Take A Bow" is a song written by R&B singer-songwriter Ne-Yo for the re-release of Rihanna's third studio album Good Girl Gone Bad. It is the first single from the re-release edition of the album. The single was produced by Stargate.
"Take A Bow" is a pop and R&B song written by Rihanna's label mate Ne-Yo, with whom she previously worked on "Unfaithful" and "Hate That I Love You". Stargate, who are behind a number of Rihanna's singles, including "Unfaithful", "Don't Stop the Music" and "Hate That I Love You", produced the song. The premise of the song is based around a female's point of view as her boyfriend is attempting to apologize after being unfaithful. She sarcastically informs him that his performance is "very entertaining", and instructs him to "take a bow". Honey Couture - Creep Delight
Honey Couture is an independent girl group trio from Liverpool. The members include Kayleigh, Lois, and Hayley. They came out with their single "My Space To Yourplace" which became a MySpace hit last year, and also covered the song "Creep Delight" that was originally recorded by the American girl group TLC.
Jesse McCartney - Departure
Departure is the forthcoming third studio album from American pop singer Jesse McCartney. The album is now complete. It is expected to release May 20, 2008. It has been described by McCartney as a complete change in musical style, compared to his previous releases. He was quoted saying about the new album, "I'm going for Prince chord changes, Michael (Jackson) melodies, and the bigness of Madonna - fun '80s stuff. That's the best that I can put it". Producers on the album include Tricky Stewart, The-Dream, Sean Garrett and J.R. Rotem.
