Beautiful Girls is a song by reggae-influenced musician Sean Kingston from his eponymous debut. The song heavily samples (almost to the point of copying) Ben E. King's classic "Stand By Me".
The song is about women and how they can make a man suicidal when they decide a relationship is over. Certain radio stations play the censored version of the song, which replaces the word "suicidal" with "in denial". This censor was done to prevent the unintentional promotion of teenage suicide. On MTV the word suicidal is completely removed with no replacement. Lil' Mama, Lil' JJ, Marlon Wayans and Brandon T. Jackson make cameo appearances.
