Keyshia Cole (born October 15, 1981) is an American R&B singer-songwriter known for her soulful voice. She released her platinum selling debut album The Way It Is in 2005, and is preparing to release her second album Just Like You in 2007.
Let It Go is the first single from R&B singer Keyshia Cole off her second album Just Like You, it features rappers Lil' Kim and Missy Elliott. Elliott also produced the song, which samples "Juicy Fruit" by Mtume, and "Don't Stop The Music" by Yarbrough and Peoples. This song also interpolates "Juicy" by The Notorious B.I.G., who also sampled "Juicy Fruit". "Let It Go" is currently available for purchase on iTunes. The single debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 at number 74 on the issue date of July 7, 2007 and has thus far peaked at number 10, becoming Keyshia Cole's third top ten hit single altogether and first solo top ten hit single on the Billboard Hot 100.
